Marsha McIsaac is a self taught artisit, certified in fashion design, from Hamilton. On. She creates art by molding, manipulating, and embellishig fabric scraps and unwanted garments into salvage-chic fashions that take on a new life as ladies’ accents, detachable collars, handbags, and hats. Each piece of wearable art goes through many different processes such as: collaging, sewing, hand dying, and beading of fabrics. There are questions about colour, pattern line, movement, and composition to consider at every stage. Her fashion accessories are timeless, versatile, unique, rich in colour, and texture, funky and fun to wear. She likes to create accessories that will catch peoples’ attention and make the wearer feel special.
